Eden's Cove was created to prepare our toddlers for kindergar-ten and/or 1st grade. I was a teacher in the Irvington school system, and I saw the lack of preparation in our students as they climbed the educational ladder. Then I realized the fact that the poor preparation started from pre-school/day care level. I kept telling myself that someone has to make a positive dent in this perpetual academic destruction.
In 2005, I decided to open Eden's Cove Day Care/Learning Center. From inception, it has been a blessing to the surrounding communi-ty. Parents from surrounding towns (Hillside, Union, Newark, etc) have brought their children to us to prepare them for future leaders/professionals. We, the teachers, lay a nurturing foundation in each child so that they will be equipped for a life time in the joys of learning and self improvement, to the end that they will bring praise and honor to their loving Creator, and that they will also be a blessing to their fellow men.
At Eden’s Cove Learning Center, we provide an academically and socially stimulating environment. The future leaders of our nation are provided with a variety of problems, which challenges their mental, physical, moral and emotional muscle. The development of our children occurs in a loving Christian setting so that the full potential of each child is realized.
